As I sit here putting together all of these different St Patrick's Day activities, it's hard for me to believe how long we have been working on this site. It's been ten years now of creating worksheets, doing crafts, and providing lessons for homeschool and classroom use.
And, I'm just now getting to St. Patrick's Day. There are so many concepts that I want to cover in math, reading, and writing that I don't always make time for some of the more fun stuff.
But this is the year! My kids are excited about the various printable activities that I have planned for this unit and so am I, so let's get started.
As this is a new section of the website, there may not be much here when you first visit, but be sure to check back or sign up on the RSS feed (found on the right under "Follow") so you'll know when I add new activities.
I'll start this unit off with one of my children's favorite activities, Coloring Pages! To grab your free St Patricks Day coloring pages, simply click the thumb below. You will find twelve different coloring sheets featuring leprechauns, rainbows, pots of gold, and of course, four leaf clovers.
St Patrick's Day is a holiday that's all about fun and laughter, so when you're done coloring, be sure to check out the list of St. Patrick's Day jokes I created. All of the jokes that you find there are kid friendly. You can print out joke sheets to give to your classroom during a Paddy's Day party of send them home with a list of jokes to color.
As I mentioned above, this is a new section for the website, so I will be adding more parts soon, but for now, have fun coloring and cracking jokes with your children!
Update: I just uploaded some St. Patrick's Day Word Search worksheets. Have fun learning new vocabulary words with your students when you print out any of these six new printables.
You can also check out the new St. Patrick's Day Bingo Cards I created for our daughter's classroom party. There are 20 different cards you can print out as well as tips and ideas for playing the game. Best of luck to you!
If you have a suggestion for activities, crafts, or other St. Patrick's Day stuff that you would like to see here, please feel free to leave me a message in the comments section at the bottom of this page. You can also message me any time on the WorksheetsHub facebook page. That's also another great way to stay up to date on the latest worksheets that I've added.
